Q. Do you sell tires to the general public or have retail outlets?
A. No, we don't. In order to avoid competing with our dealers, it is our policy and promise to supply dealers only. We are a tire wholesale company and we do business with other businesses only. This website will soon include a “National Dealer Locator’ service to assist consumers in locating one of our fine retailers. In the meantime, may we suggest that you encourage your local tire retailer to contact us at Reliable Tire Company to get the best pricing and support possible!

Q. How can a dealer become a customer of Reliable Tire?
A. Simply call the nearest Reliable Tire Company distribution center. We will be happy to send you a credit application, which are normally processed within two to three business days. You may also be set up as a C.O.D. customer.

Q. How do we get our order?
A. We ship 95% of our tires via our own fleet of trucks from seven regional distribution centers. Depending on when you place the order and your business location, these orders are shipped same, or next business day.

Q. Do you have a minimum order?
A. Not usually, though a few rural areas may have a 12-tire delivery minimum. We also offer discounts on large orders.

Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. Yes.

Q. Do you offer payment terms?
A. Yes. We offer 30 day net 10th terms. Extended terms are available on larger orders.

Q. Do you ship C.O.D.?
A. Yes

Q. Who pays the shipping?
A. We do! All orders are shipped on our own fleet of trucks or shipped freight, pre-paid by common carrier in some cases.

Q. How do you handle warranty adjustments?
A. Just send the adjustable tires to us with adjustment forms completed. We will then issue a credit according to the manufacturer’s adjustment policy.

Q. What states do you ship to?
A. We have locations in Blackwood, NJ – Atlanta, GA – Dallas, TX – Houston, TX – East Hartford, CT – and Syracuse, NY. We ship to all the states where we have a distribution center and many portions of the surrounding states.
